Chennai: Ground report on NGOs

TIMES NOW ground report on the various NGOs in the Government list took us to American Lutheran Church NGO which was operating from ICSA (Inter Church Services Association) Centre in Chennai. Now it has been closed and its operations have been stopped. TIMES NOW reporter Shabbir brings you this report.
